I officially started the Couch to 5k plan today.

Warm up: 5 mins (3.0mph)
Run: 60 seconds (4.4mph)
Walk: 90 Seconds (3.0mph)
Total time: 25 mins
Additional walk: 1 min (2.0pmh)
Total Distance 1.46 miles
~140 calories burned

In the middle of it my treadmill decided to jump up to 10mph. That was a speed that wasn’t for today.

Sidenote: I totally won Swagbucks three times today! I love when that happens.

    I think I’m gonna go crazy and try C25K on the stair climber too. Maybe. If I can ever get my butt to the gym at home.
